Delivery times The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take between 1 and 3 business days.

Tracking All orders have a tracking code, which will be sent by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery in real time.

Partial shipments If you purchase more than one product, these may be sent in separate packages. In this case, you will receive a specific tracking code for each package.

Possible taxes In rare cases, customs authorities may apply additional fees or taxes. Such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery address Please carefully review your information before completing the purchase. In case of providing an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient, the package may be returned to the sender. The costs derived from a new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
